Our road was closed for half a day today. We got T & W out and soon enough our neighbours were out too. We chased hoops, hula’d with a grandma and cycled and scooted over speed bumps.
Sudden realisation about how much social capital can be generated so quickly by simply shutting off the flow of traffic.
